RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing products from The Technical Boy. Please read our RMA policy to protect your rights and return.
We value our customers and their hard earned money and that is why we have return and refund policy. You can request returns and refund for the products that you buy from The Technical Boy on the following cases.
- Received a product/service that is different in nature from the product/service you ordered or;
- Product is in poor, damaged, faulty, mutilated condition or;
- The delivery of the product is delayed or;
- You have decided to return the product within 14 days of its delivery;
We will inspect the product, once we receive it. We will also notify you that we have received your returned product.
- In order to get a full refund, please return the product in their original packing with all the originals tags and labels attached with the product.
- Refunds can only be requested within the 14 days from receiving the product.
- If the product is not received within 14 days, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
- The refund will be processed to the same method and account in which the payment was made.
- It may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
